Purchase a gift certificate for someone to use in person or virtual visit. Share the gift of health for your loved ones and friends this holiday season!

They will receive a naturopathic consultation with individualized recommendations to address their health including food as medicine, diet, and lifestyle recommendations to best help their situation.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates may be purchased for a naturopathic consultation with Good Tree Natural Health. Consultations may be provided in person or virtually, when appropriate.

Refunds

Unused gift certificates may be returned by the original purchaser within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.

After 14 days, gift certificates are non-refundable. Once a gift certificate has been redeemed or the consultation has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.

Transfers

Gift certificates may be transferred to another person prior to redemption.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Gift certificate has no cash value and is redeemable toward the service stated on the certificate.

Privacy

Purchasing a gift certificate for another person does not give the purchaser access to the recipient's appointment information, health information, records, recommendations, or other confidential information.

Once the recipient contacts Good Tree Natural Health, communication regarding their appointment and care will be handled directly with the recipient unless they authorize otherwise.

Services

Gift certificates issued for a specific service are redeemable for the service stated on the certificate.

If that service is no longer offered, Good Tree Natural Health will work with the recipient to determine an appropriate alternative, subject to applicable law.
